MarkMyCash provides technology services including software development, web design, hosting, OJS customization, server maintenance, and related services as described on our website and agreed in individual project proposals.
All projects are governed by a written proposal or scope document agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope during a project may be subject to additional charges, communicated in writing before implementation.
Standard payment structure: 40% advance before work begins, 40% at mid-project milestone, 20% on final delivery. Hosting and support plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If MarkMyCash fails to deliver the agreed scope, we will either complete the outstanding work or issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work, at our discretion.
On receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code and designs produced for their project. MarkMyCash retains the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on VPS and dedicated hosting plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are notified 48 hours in advance. SLA credits apply for verified downtime exceeding the guarantee.
MarkMyCash's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
